Your planner and account

Jivi stores planner records and imported attachments privately on your device. Connecting sync uploads your planner, profile details and chosen images, attachments, and practice progress to your account. Authentication uses your email address or Google identity. Google sign-in provides basic identity information; Jivi does not request Gmail or Drive access.

Partner sharing

Your partner can view only selected tasks and classes. Task notes and class locations have separate sharing choices. Attachments and student badge images are not part of partner projections. Encouragement notes are visible within the connection. You can revoke sharing, disconnect, block, hide received notes, or report unwanted notes. Reports are available to the app administrator.

Services and notifications

Supabase provides account, database, file storage and sync services. Google provides Google sign-in and Firebase Android push delivery. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Cloudflare hosts this website and handles its network traffic. These providers process the information needed to operate their services, including technical connection data. Push registration uses a device identifier; push messages contain a generic update rather than planner or note content. Notifications are optional and quiet hours are available.

Retention and your choices

Account records remain until you remove them or delete the account. A disconnected partner loses shared access; previously viewed information or screenshots cannot be withdrawn. Device copies and your exported backups are under your control. Deletion removes the active cloud account, its planner and stored attachments. Provider backups may retain copies according to their retention policies. Other devices can retain offline copies until you remove them.

Use Settings → Your account to switch or delete your account. For access, correction, deletion, or a privacy question, email the contact above. Jivi does not sell planner data or include advertising analytics in this preview.
